We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible while ensuring your products arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During promotional periods or peak demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship throughout South Africa.

Delivery times are estimated as follows:

  • Major metropolitan areas: 1–3 business days
  • Regional areas: 2–5 business days
  • Remote areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.

From time to time, Lumino may offer free shipping promotions or free shipping on orders above a specified value.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information (where available) so that you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.

Lumino cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Collection Option

Where available, customers may choose to collect their orders directly from our designated collection point during specified collection hours.

Customers selecting collection will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.

Damaged Shipments

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify us as soon as possible and, where practical, take photographs of the package before opening it.

If products are damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lumino@code5solutions.co.za so that we can assist.

Delivery Delays

While we work closely with our courier partners, delivery times are not guaranteed.

Lumino is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, adverse weather, strikes, or public holidays.
